SERGEANT NORMAN CARTER.

Sergeant Carter was the son of Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Carter, 47 Carnarvon Road, Bangor. He joined the Welsh Guards on the outbreak of war, August, 1914, went out to France October, 1914, and was killed Sept., 1916, aged 24 years.
