That none be admitted to Preach Read or Catechise in the Church or Elsewhere unlesse he do four times in a year at least, say service and minister the Sacraments according to the Book of Common Prayer. 4. That all Preachers and others in Ecclesiastical Orders do at all times use and wear such kind of Apparel as is presented unto them by the Booke of Advts. and her Majestie's Injunctions.5. That none be admitted to Preach and interpret the Scriptures unlesse he be a Priest or Deacon at least admitted thereunto according to the Lawes of the Realme.6. That none be permitted to Preach, Read, Catechise, Minister the Sacraments or to execute any other Ecclesiastical function by what authority soever he be admitted thereunto, unlesse he first consent and subscribe to these Articles following before the Ordinary of the Diocese wherein he resideth, &c.Then follow eight articles declaring the Queen's Supremacy, the Book of Common Prayer, the Booke of Articles of 1562, be a graduate of a University, &c.—(The Roger Morrice MSS., vol. i.
