llyn, the Reverend John Roberts of Llanbrynmair, and the said Charles Williamson, upon trust, to put and place the same out at interest upon real or Government security, and to apply the interest, dividends, and proceeds thereof for the propagation of the gospel in South Wales. And I do hereby direct my said Trustees, the said John Dickinson, Charles Williamson, and Thomas Clubb, to permit and suffer the said Edward Powell to employ the said sum of five hundred pounds in business during the term of his natural life, they taking such ample and sufficient security from him for the same as they in their discretion shall think most proper. I also give and bequeath unto the said Jenkin Lewis, George Lewis, John Roberts, and Charles Williamson, the sum of fourteen hundred pounds upon trust to put and place the same out at interest upon real or Government security, and to pay and apply the interest, dividends, and proceeds of seven hundred pounds part of the said sum of fourteen hundred pounds, to such of the poor Dissenting Ministers in North or South Wales, as they in their discretion shall think proper; but I do hereby direct that there shall not be given to any minister a sum exceeding five pounds in one year, and to apply the interest, dividends, and proceeds of seven hundred pounds, the remaining part of the before mentioned sum
