Arglwydd Esgob Llanelwy. Hwyrach y bydd eu darllen yn ddyddordeb i lawer. Dyma y ddeiseb:-

"To the Right Reverend Father in God, Samuel,
"by Divine permission, Lord Bishop of St. Asaph.
"We, whose names are hereunto subscribed, being
"his Majesty's Protestant subjects dissenting from
"the Church of England, have agreed to set apart
"for the public worship of Almighty God, an
"edifice, or building, situate at the Wern, in or
"near Minera, in the county of Denbigh, and
"diocese of St. Asaph, and desire that the
same may be registered according to the Act of
"Parliament made in the first year of the reign of
"their late Majesties, King William and Queen
"Mary, entitled 'An Act for exempting their
"Majesty's Protestant subjects dissenting from the
"Church of England, from the penalties of certain
"law." As witness our hands, the 24th day of July
"1805, Jenkin Lewis, A. W. Thornley, Owen
"Owens, William Ellis, John Griffiths."

Dyma eto y drwydded wedi ei harwyddo gan yr Esgob:-

"13th September, 1805. Registered in
"the public registry of the said Lord Bishop of
"St. Asaph, according to the Act above mentioned
"and there entered on record."

Cafodd yr hen gapel, er na chafodd ei gysegru, ei drwyddedu gan Arglwydd Esgob. Nid oedd na gwell na gwaeth o hyn, ond yn unig na feiddiai neb aflonyddu yr addoliad, na dirwyo yr addolwyr.
